Motorola launched its 4 generation Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus phone in India. Both mobile phone are equipped with almost similar hardware, software and features, with just a few key differentiations. The Motorola G4 Plus is the slightly powerful variant and it will compete withh the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 smartphone. The Moto G4 Plus and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 phones come with a 5.5-inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display, 16M colors and 1080 x 1920 pixel, 403 ppi pixel density. The Motorola Moto G4 Plus powered by an Octa-core (4x1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4x1.2 GHz Cortex-A53) processor and Qualcomm MSM8952 Snapdragon 617 chipset. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 powered by a hex-core (4x1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 & 2x1.8 GHz Cortex-A72) processor and Qualcomm MSM8956 Snapdragon 650 chipset.

The Motorola Moto G4 Plus phone powered by an Android OS, 6.0.1 (Marshmallow), planned upgrade to v7. 0 (Nougat) operating system. The Moto G4 Plus is a dual SIM phone that accepts two Micro-SIM. Moto G4 Plus phone powered by a 3,000mAh Non-removable Li-lon battery with Turbo Power charging support. The Motorola company says, even 15 minutes of charging can offer up to six hours of usage. The Redmi Note 3 powered by a Non-removable Li-PO 4,050mAh battery.
